to help raise funds for Our PLACE.

Come and be part of the second annual “Walk to Remember” and help us raise funds designated for daily programs at “Our PLACE – ADULT DAY CENTER” a facility to help patients with Alzheimer’s or Dementia. Choose the walking event most comfortable for you:
- Two-mile or 5K “Walk & Talk” through the streets of Chota Hills
- Moderate two-mile “Hike” through beautiful trails & roads
- Harder four-mile+ “Hike” over new trails around Wellness Center
- Feel free to bring your pet along
Proceeds will be used by Our PLACE to support their daily programs. Since the focus has been on securing the funding to build the facilities for Our PLACE, this “Walk to Remember” will raise funds designated to equip the new building for their daily program needs. These programs will require: Exercise Equipment, Audio-Visual, Sound System, personalized Music & Memory platforms, Therapy Games, etc.
